You are able to request DNBC to open a both physical and digital card. Each card will function independently.
- CARD ORDER HISTORY
After placing an opening order, you can track the status of your request using this feature. It can range from “Processing”, “Completed” to “Rejected”.
- CARD ACTIVATION
Once your order has been approved, you can access this feature to activate your card and start using it.
- PASSPHRASE ALTERATION
You are allowed to change your payment card passphrase online, without having to contact DNBC staff.
- CARD BLOCKING/ UNBLOCKING
