Now, DSBC Financial Europe is proud to present to you our latest features on DSBCnet Mobile Banking App - Customer Biometric Authentication.
Originally, to login to your account on DSBCnet Mobile Banking, you will need to enter both your password and an auto-generated one time password (OTP) via Authy app or sent directly to your phone/ email.
According to PSD2 strong customer authentication (SCA) requirements, every EU-based financial institutions are demanded to provide customers with at least ⅔ authentication method, which includes:
Password, PIN or secret questions
Phone, token or application
Fingerprint, face, voice or DNA.
The existing authentication method requires customers to do several steps before having access to our mobile banking services. This can become quite time consuming especially when you are on a rush.
With a profound understanding of our customer’s needs to save time when working with us, DSBC Financial Europe has released our biometric authentication features to help you login to your account in just 03 seconds. We have implemented:
Login with your fingerprint by simply placing your finger on your phone fingerprint scanner.

Step 1: Open DBSCnet Mobile Banking App.
Step 2: Tab on the fingerprint icon.
Step 3: Scan your fingerprint and you are good to go.
Login to DSBCnet Mobile Banking App by positioning your face in front of your front camera (face recognition is currently available on iOS).

Step 1: Login to your account on DNBCnet Mobile Banking App.
Step 2: Tap on the “Menu” icon.
Step 3: Scroll down to find the “Settings” section.
Step 4: Press the “Login method” button. DNBCnet will automatically show the suitable authentication method for your phone.
Step 5: Tap to turn on the “Login Using Fingerprint” or “Login Using Face Recognition” feature.
Step 6: Agree with DSBC Financial Europe terms of service. And press the “Enable” button.
Step 7: Scan your fingerprint or your face.
Step 8: Enter your existing password and your OTP.
Step 9: Press the “OK” button and you are all set!
